Well, what would you do if you had a Death Note and it was real. It could kill people and such?

I would make use if it as one of these two:
One,use it as a great criminal negotiation tool :3
Two,use it to exicute criminals who have been convicted and sentenced to the death penalty

Yeah, Mello's personality was abit of a contrast between L and Near. I guess it makes the Anime more ineresting like that.
